红褐色乌苏里貉和吉林白貉KIT基因第二外显子的克隆及多态性分析

摘　　要：选取野生型乌苏里貉、红褐色乌苏里貉和吉林白貉各3只为研究对象,利用克隆测序技术,得到长为276 bp的KIT基因第二外显子序列,分析其多态性及与其他物种的同源性。结果显示:红褐色乌苏里貉KIT基因第二外显子与犬、狐、家猫、虎鲸、野猪、马的同源性分别为97%,97%,92%,89%,87%,87%;对野生型乌苏里貉、红褐色乌苏里貉和吉林白貉KIT基因第二外显子序列进行对比分析发现,3种貉序列完全匹配,说明在此处未发生突变。In the experiment ,3 wild Wusuli raccoon dog ,3 reddish-brown Wusuli raccoon dog and 3 Jilin white raccoon dog from Qingdao Laixi breeding base was selected for research object .A sequence for 276 bp was cloned . The polymorphism and homology of the other species was analyzed .The results showed that the homologous rate in canis familiaris,vulpes,felis catus,orcinus orca ,sus scrofa and equus caballus was 97%,97%,92%,89%,87%, 87%.The exon 2 of KIT gene were high conservation in the three kinds of raccoon dog ,and no mutation was found .
