摘　　要：农村社区股份经济合作社是一种新兴的农村集体经济的实现形式,也是一种过渡性质的经济组织形式。随着农村集体经济实现形式的深刻变化,创新农村集体经济的组织形式、创新农村的社会管理模式及集体资金的市场化运作模式,已成为搞活农村经济与农业增收的关键环节。The rural community joint-stock cooperative economy is a new realization form of the rural collective economy, is also a kind of economic organization form of transitional nature. With the profound changes of the realization form of rural collective economy, innovating the organizational form of rural collective economy, rural society management mode and marketization operation mode of the collective funds have become a key link in the process of invigorating the rural economy and agricultural income.
