摘　　要：动漫产业是世界各种文化交流、交融、交锋的重要领域,随着全球化的深入发展,这一领域的竞争越来越激烈。为了增强我国动漫作品的国内影响力和国际竞争力,需要全面提升我国动漫产业核心竞争力。这就要求我们实施动漫精品战略、增强动漫内容吸引力,培养高端动漫人才、完善动漫人才培养体系,发挥动漫产业集聚效应、打造"航母型"动漫企业,塑造具有中华文化和国际视野的动漫形象。The animation industry is the important area of all kinds of cultural exchange, blend, and bout in the world. With the further development of globalization, the competition of this field is more and more fierce. In order to enhance domestic influence and international competitiveness of China＇s animation works, we need to improve our country＇s core competitiveness of the animation industry, which request us to carry out the boutique anime products strategy, enhance the anime content appeal, develop high-end animation talent, improve the animation talent training system, produce animation industry agglomeration effect, make ＂aircraft cartier＂ animation enterprise, create a cartoon image with the Chinese culture and the international field of vision.
