县域特色主导产业转型升级的思考与建议——以河北省为例

摘　　要：河北省县域特色主导产业基础较好,但转型升级任务艰巨,面临不转则退、慢转亦退的严峻形势。因此,河北省要以更宽的视野、更高的目标和更开放的心态,围绕建设经济强省的战略目标,深入实施"一产抓特色、二产抓提升、三产抓拓展"的经济发展战略,不断推进县域特色主导产业的发展。County characteristic of leading industry foundation in Hebei province is good, but the transformation and upgrading task are of difficult, facing the serious situation of slow turning back. Therefore, in Hebei province, we should use the wider field of vision, higher goals, and a more open mind, around the strategic target of strong economic province, deeply implement the economic development strategy of ＂grasp characteristics of the first industry, grasp mass ascension of the second industry, and grasp the development of tertiary industry＂, constantly promote the development of the county characteristic industries.
