摘　　要：伪差的存在给心电图的阅读和分析带来困难,本文通过对1例针灸理疗患者动态心电图进行分析,探讨针灸理疗所致伪差与起搏器功能故障心电图表现的异同点,旨在对临床医生有所借鉴,从而避免误诊。The existence of electrocardiogram （ECG） artifact causes trouble to interpretation of ECG. This paper presents a case of acupuncture therapy - caused ECG artifact which resembled pacemaker function failure. We compared the simi- larities and differences between ECG artifact caused by acupuncture therapy and ECG resulted from pacemaker function failure based on the analysis of the patient＇s dynamic electrocardiogram. We hope this paper can provide reference for clinicians to avoid misdiagnosis.
