摘  要:心电体表地形图是一种在体表标记心脏电活动的全新心电标测系统,与常规12导联心电图相比,该系统对急性心肌梗死诊断的敏感度和特异度更高。许多不稳定型心绞痛(UA)/非ST段抬高型心肌梗死(NSTEMI)患者12导联心电图上无特异性改变,而80导联心电体表地形图有助于UA/NSTEMI的诊断和治疗。对那些症状和体征疑似急性缺血性心血管疾病患者,通过包括心电体表地形图检测的诊断流程进行诊断,可以缩短诊断时间,提高诊断准确性。Body surface mapping, novel ECG mapping system, is more sensitive and specific than conventional 12 - lead ECG in diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction. There are no specific changes in 12 - lead ECG in many patients with unsta- ble angina (UA) or non - ST - segment elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI) , while 80 - lead ECG body surface mapping is conducive to diagnosis and treatment of UA / NSTEMI. For the patients with suspected symptoms and signs of acute ischemic cardiovascular disease, diagnosis can be made through ECG body surface mapping, shorten diagnosis time and improve its accuracy
