中药治疗慢性心力衰竭机制的研究进展

摘　　要：本文复习了十多年来有关中医药治疗慢性心力衰竭机制的文献资料,得出中药治疗慢性心力衰竭是多层次、多环节、多方位的综合作用的结论,包括抑制过度激活的神经内分泌细胞因子;逆转心室重构;保护血管内皮功能;抗氧自由基;保护心肌能量代谢;改善血流动力学;提高免疫力等机制。中药组方以益气、温阳、活血、化痰、利水等治疗原则为主。慢性心力衰竭病理复杂,其机制研究方面有待进一步加强。This article reviewed the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of Chronic Heart Failure （CHF） . Through reviewing the literature on CHF in the past ten years, the comprehensive protective effects of herbs on CHF were found, including inhibiting the excessive activation of neuroendocrine cytokines, reversing the ventricular remodeling, en- hancing the endothelial functions of blood vessel, restricting the oxygen free radicals, improving the myocardial energy metabo- lism, promoting the blood flow, and boosting the body＇s immunity. Replenishing Qi, warming Yang, promoting blood flow, e- liminating phlegm, and diuresis were the common principles in herbal remedies. The pathological mechanism of CHF is complex, and its research should be further strengthened.
