黑龙江省冰雪体育文化的产生及其发展研究

摘　　要：我国冰雪体育文化最早起源于黑龙江。黑龙江省冰雪体育文化产业的发展在国内已经具有绝对的优势,形成了以冰雪体育休闲旅游业和冰雪竞赛表演业为龙头的良好发展态势,未来黑龙江冰雪体育文化产业开发应坚持可持续发展的原则,积极借鉴可持续发展战略方针,努力提升省内经济效益水平,有效搭建经济与环保协调发展机制。The earliest development of ice and snow sports culture of China originated in Heilongjiang. The development of ice and snow sports culture industry in Heilongjiang province has an absolute advantage in the domestic industry, form a good situation of ice and snow sports industry, and lead a good trend linkage development of sports goods industry, sports intermediary industry, tourism, transportation. Sports culture industry development in Heilongjiang should adhere to the principles of sustainable development in future, and actively learn from the policy of sustainable development strategy, strive to increase the economic level, develop the effective mech- anism for economic construction and environmental.
