忠诚的心理结构及其形成机理探析

摘　　要：忠诚既是一种高尚的个人品德,又是现代组织的基本精神之一。分析忠诚的历史渊源,探究忠诚的现代意蕴。忠诚作为一种心理现象,也应该具有自身的内在结构,这就是忠诚的心理结构。忠诚的心理结构由忠诚观念、忠诚情感、忠诚意志、忠诚行为等既相对独立又紧密联系的心理要素构成,它既是一个完整的心理运作过程,又是一个系统的心理成长过程。探究忠诚的形成机理,要对忠诚的心理结构进行必要的解析,还要对忠诚的影响因素进行分析,由内而外梳理忠诚的形成机理。Loyalty is both a noble personal quality, and one of the basic spirits of the modem organization. This paper analyzes the history of loyalty and explores its modem meaning. As a psychological phenomenon, loyalty should also have their own internal structure, which is the psychological structure of loyalty. Psychological structure of loyalty consists of psychological factors which are relatively independent but closely linked, including concept of loyalty, loyalty emotion, loyalty will, loyalty behavior and so on. It is not only an integral psychological functioning process, but also a systematic psychological growth process. In order to explore the forma- tion mechanism of loyalty, we need to analyze loyalty psychological structure and loyalty factors, carding the formation mechanism of loyalty from the inside out.
