水泥生产中含SiO_2粘土质原料的研究进展

摘　　要：在水泥熟料的生产过程中,不可再生的粘土资源被大量消耗,要减少粘土的消耗量,可从岩矿、废渣、尾矿等几方面选择完全或部分替代物。不同原料矿物中所含SiO2的结构状态会影响生料反应能力、矿物形成的速度和完善程度、熟料结构和水化活性等。本文对不同原料矿物中SiO2的结构状态和性能以及改变其活性的方法进行了综述。In the production of clinker, a large of clay was used as raw material. In order to reduce the consumption of clay, we should choose minerals, slag or tailings as raw material with SiO2 and Al2O3. The burnability of raw material, the rate of mineral formation, microstructure and hydration activity of clinker was influenced by the structure status of SiO2 in the raw meal. Some materials with SiO2 are introduced and different structure status and activation method of SiO2 are reviewed in this paper.
