合生元对小鼠腹泻型肠易激综合征作用的研究

摘　　要：目的研究合生元对腹泻型肠易激综合征动物模型的治疗作用。方法本文采用大黄致小鼠脾虚腹泻模型和醋酸致痛小鼠模型,对该产品进行了止泻和镇痛药效学实验研究。结果合生元能明显减少大黄致脾虚腹泻模型小鼠的腹泻次数、稀便率、稀便级和腹泻指数,增加小鼠体重,且能延长小鼠的游泳时间;能明显减少醋酸致痛小鼠的扭体次数。结论表明该合生元具有较好的治疗腹泻和镇痛的作用。Objective To research the effect of symbiotic on the mice model of diarrhoea irritable bowel syndrome （DIBS）. Methods This study had carried through experiments of antidiarrhoea and analgesic, adopting the mice model of diarrhoea irritable bowel syndrome which was developed by the diarrhoea model of spleen - stomach deficiency developed by feeding Dahuang on the mice,the model of excessive intestines athletics stimulated by neostigmine, and the mice model of pain caused by acetic acid. Results On the diarrhoea model of spleen - stomach deficiency, symbiotic significantly de- creased the times, grade and rate of watery stool and the index of diarrhoea, at the same time it increased the weight of mice and prolonged the time of swimming. Furthermore, it significantly reduced the times of tweaking body caused by acetic acid. Conclusion Symbiotic had an obvious effects on curring diarrhoea and analgesia.
