猪牙皂总皂苷提取适宜醇浓度的研究

摘　　要：目的确定猪牙皂总皂苷提取的适宜醇浓度。方法测定猪牙皂不同浓度乙醇提取物中总皂苷和刺囊酸、齐墩果酸的含量,对不同浓度乙醇提取的效果进行综合评价。结果测得75%乙醇提取物中的总皂苷和刺囊酸、齐墩果酸的含量均最高。结论 75%乙醇是猪牙皂总皂苷提取的适宜浓度。Objective To determine the appropriate alcohol concentration for extraction of total saponins from Gleditsi- ae Fructus Abnormalis. Methods Contents of total saponins, echinocystic acid and oleanolic acid were determined to evalu- ate the extraction effects of different concentrations of alcohol. Results The contents of total saponins, echinocystie acid and oleanolic acid extracted with 75% alcohol were the highest. Conclusion 75% alcohol was the appropriate concentra- tion for the extraction of total saponins from Gleditsiae Fructus Abnormalis.
