姜半夏饮片及其配方颗粒中生物碱含量比较

摘　　要：目的比较姜半夏药材及其配方颗粒生物碱的含量。方法采用酸性染料比色法测定姜半夏药材及其配方颗粒生物碱的含量,比较含量差异。结果及结论山东姜半夏生物碱含量略高于配方颗粒,配方颗粒的提取工艺需要改进。Objective To compare the content of alkaloid between herb prepared Pinellia tuber（ PTP） and its dispen- sing granules. Methods Acid dye colorimetry was used to determine alkaloid of between herb prepared Pinellia tuber （ PTP ） and its dispensing granules, and the difference of the content was compared. Results and Conclusion The content of alkaloid of Shangdong Pinellia tuber was slightly higher than dispensing granules. The extraction process of dispensing granules needed to be improved.
