摘　　要：重点介绍了新型JC-50D自动送钻绞车的设计方案、结构性能特点和主要技术参数。该绞车采用两台800 kW直流电机驱动,配备了自动送钻装置、PSZ75B液压盘式刹车、换档机构、润滑系统、绞车气管道及DSW70水冷电磁涡流刹车等主要部件。该绞车具有整体结构紧凑、效率高、能耗低、刚性好、性价比高、易于安装和运输等优点。This article mainly introduces the design proposal, performance and characteristics of structure and the main technical parameters of the new type of JC-50D automatic driller winch. Two 800kW direct current motors are adopted to drive this winch. Also the winch is equipped with main parts such as a automatic driller, a PSZ75B hydraulic disc brake, a gear change device, a lubrication system, air ducts of winch and the DSWTO water-cooling electromagnetic eddy current brake and so on. The winch has the advantages of close integral structure, high efficiency, low energy consumption, good rigidity, high ratio of cost performance, easy installation and lransportation and so on.
