摘　　要：应用化学分析、金相组织分析及硬度检验等方法,对某大客车飞轮齿环产生断裂的原因进行综合分析,齿环硬度低,驱动齿轮与齿环啮合前端面间隙过大,与齿环的联结跳动较大,在使用过程中严重过载是断裂主要原因。Application of chemical analysis, metallographic analysis and hardness test and other methods, causes of fracture of a bus flywheel ring gear of a comprehensive analysis of the low hardness, ring gear, driving gear and gear ring gear end clearance is too large, and the connecting ring gear beating large, in use process, serious overload is the main reason of cracking.
