循证护理在治疗神经根型颈椎病患者护理中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨循证护理在治疗神经根型颈椎病患者护理中的效果情况。方法选择温州医学院附属第二医院2010年2月～2013年1月骨外科颈椎病患者120例临床资料，依据护理措施的不同进行临床分组，常规护理组60例和循证护理组60例。观察两组患者对于颈椎病认知能力情况、临床疗效情况、对护理工作的满意度和投诉率情况。结果循证护理组颈椎病知识、对颈椎病态度、对颈椎病预防均明显高于常规护理组（t=6．59、7．02、2．53），循证护理组临床疗效明显高于常规护理组（x2=7．15），循证护理组对护理工作的满意度和投诉率均明显优于常规护理组（x2=6．93、6．93），差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论循证护理在治疗神经根型颈椎病患者护理中应用，可以明显提高患者对于颈椎病的认知和临床治疗效果，降低护患纠纷的发生率，值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of evidence-based nursing in patients with curing nerve root type cervical spondylosis. Methods 120 cases with curing nerve;~oot type cervical spondylosis from February 2010 to January 2013 in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical College were selected and divided into conventional nursing group and evi- dence-based nursing group with 60 cases in each group. Cervical spondylosis cognitive ability, clinical efficacy, satisfaction of nursing service, complaint rate of the two groups were observed. Results The cervical spondylosis knowledge, cervical spondylosis attitude, prevention of cervical spondylosis of evidence-based nursing group were higher than those of conven- tional nursing group （t = 6.59, 7.02, 2.53）, the clinical curative effect of evidence-based nursing group were higher than that of conventional nursing group （x2=7.15）, nursing work satisfaction and complaint rate of evidence-based nursing group were better than those of conventional nursing group. （X2=6.93, 6.93, P 〈 0.05）, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing in nursing care of patients with the cervical spondylotic radiculopathy can significantly improve the cognitive and clinical therapeutic effect, reduce the incidence of nursing disputes, which is worthy of clinical application.
