摘　　要：当前,人们对马克思所提出的劳动力是商品理论有了不同的看法,有学者认为劳动力非商品,而劳动是商品,文中从三个方面做了分析,最后得出结论,无论在社会主义公有制中还是资本主义私有制中工资的本质属性都是劳动力的价值。In the contemporary society, as the society is changing and developing, the speed of development and changes of economic society is amazing. For this reason, people begin to di^uss the theory by Marx that the Labor Force is commodity. Some scholars believe that the Labor Force is Non - Commodity and the Labor is the Commodity. In order to clarify the reality, the author of this paper makes analysis from three parts and draws the conclusion that the wages are tile value of the Labor Force either in the socialist public ownership or in the capitalist private ownership.
