摘　　要：高校图书馆男性馆员人数偏少,是弱势群体,也是高校图书馆事业发展中不可缺少的、举足轻重的力量。在男性馆员的职业发展中存在诸多不良因素,但也有着不少有利条件。消解不良因素、发挥有利条件,是男性馆员职业发展的应对办法。Although the male librarians,which are lacking in university library,are the vulnerable groups,they are the indispensable and important power in the development of university library cause.There are many negative factors but also a lot of favorable conditions in the professional development of male librarians.Clearing up the adverse factors and giving full play to favorable conditions are the recommended solutions for the professional development of male librarians.
