摘　　要：针对山西省牧草病虫鼠害问题日益突出、威胁生态环境建设和畜牧业发展的现状,分析了山西省病虫鼠害防治预警存在的不足之处,借鉴内蒙古兴安盟草原鼠虫害预警监测网络的成功经验,提出了适合山西省牧草病虫鼠害防治预警系统建设的构想,旨在为山西省牧草生长和畜牧业的健康发展提供保障。In the light of the present situation that the pasture＇s pest and rodent problems have become increasingly prominent,threatening the ecological environment construction and animal husbandry development in Shanxi Province,this paper analyzes the deficiencies existing in the early-warning for the prevention and control of pasture＇s pest and rodent in Shanxi Province,and using successful experiences of Xing＇an League of Inner Mongolia in establishing the early-warning system for the prevention and control of pasture＇s pest and rodent for reference,puts forward a conception that is suitable for the construction of the early-warning system for the prevention and control of pasture＇s pest and rodent in Shanxi Province for the purpose of providing the guarantee for the pasture growth and the healthy development of animal husbandry in Shanxi Province.
