摘　　要：随着信息环境和用户需求的变化,图书馆参考咨询服务在内容和方式上发生了根本性的变革,经历了传统参考咨询、数字参考咨询、联合参考咨询等阶段,并将向知识咨询阶段迈进。阐述了不同发展阶段参考咨询在服务内容与参考源、服务手段与方式、服务人员与服务对象等方面的特征,并探讨了知识咨询的特征和流程。Along with the changes of information environment and users＇ needs,the reference service of the library,which has a fundamental change in terms of content and mode,has experienced the development through four stages including the traditional reference service,digital reference service,collaborative reference service and knowledge reference service.This article elaborates the characteristics of the reference service in different development stages in terms of the contents and reference sources,service means and modes,service workers and service objects,and probes into the features and processes of the knowledge reference service.
