奈达铂与5-氟尿嘧啶联合用于治疗食管癌的疗效及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的：观察并分析奈达铂（NDP）与5-氟尿嘧啶（5-FU）联合治疗方案对于食管癌治疗的疗效和安全性。方法：选取50例食管癌患者随机分成NF（NDP／5-FU）方案组和PF（DDP／5-FU）方案纽，每组25例。NF组：第1天静脉滴注奈达铂（NDP）90mg／m2，第1天至第5天滴注5-FU500mg／mn2；PF组：第1天至第5天静脉滴注顺铂（DDP）20mg／m2，5～FU用法同上。21天为1周期，2周期为1疗程。结果：治疗效果：NF组有效率56％，PF组有效率48％，两组治疗效果无统计学差异；不良反应：NF组各项血液指标以及恶心症状与PF组无统计学差异，腹泻、肝肾功能均具有统计学差异，NF纽要比PF组症状轻。结论：奢达铂作为第二代铂类药物，对食管癌可以进行有效的治疗，NDP联合5-FU方案与DDP／5-FU方案疗效基本相同，但腹泻以及肝肾副作用明显减轻，可以考虑在临床上推广NDP联合5-FU方案。Objective： observation and analysis of nedaplatin （NDP） and 5- fluorouracil （5--Fu） combination therapy for the efficacy and safety of treatment of esophageal cancer. Methods： 50 cases of esophageal cancer were randomly divided into NF （NDP/5-FU） group and PF （DDP/5- FU） group,25 cases each group. Group NF： first days of intravenous nedaplatin （NDP） 90mg / m2,1 to fifth days infusion of 5- FU 500mg / m2; group PF： l to fifth days of intravenous infusion of cisplatin （DDP） 20mg / m,2,5-FU usage. 21 days are 1 period,2 period 1 period of treatment. Results： the treatment effect： NF group was 56 %, PF group was 48 %, there was no significant difference in the therapeutic effect of two groups： NF groiap; adverse reaction of the blood indexes and nausea and PF group had no statistical difference,diarrhea,liver and kidney function were statistically difference, NF group than in the PF group, the symptoms of light. Conclusion： nedaplatin as the second generation platinum drug, on esophageal cancer can be treated effectively, NDP combined with 5- FU and DDP/5- FU regimen in basically the same effect, but the side effect of diarrhea and liver and kidney was obviously reduced, can be considered in the clinical practice of NDP combined with 5--FU scheme.
