试论医院药剂管理存在的问题及改进措施

摘　　要：医院的药剂管理是关系着患者生命安全的大事，是保证我国医疗卫生事业不可或缺的一部分。药剂管理工作如果做得好，那患者将可以得到最适合自己、最实惠的药，但若是药剂管理不善，那么患者的健康就有可能被损害甚至失去生命。由于很多的因素，我国很多医院的药剂管理方面都存在着或多或少的问题，这些问题亟待解决。本文就医院药剂管理存在的一些问题进行分析，并试图提出相关的对策。Pharmacy management of the hospital is related to the safety of patients and events, which is an indispensable part of our medical and health undertakings. Management agents if done well, the patient will be able to get the most suitable for their own, the most affordable drugs, but if the agent management, then the patient＇s health will be damaged or even loss of life. Because of many factors, many hospital phar- macy management in our country has many problems, these problems need to be solved. Some problems in hospital pharmacy management are analyzed, and attempts to put forward the related countermeasure.
