丹参注射治疗腹部切口脂肪液化13例

摘　　要：目的：观察丹参切口内注射对于腹部切口脂肪液化的治疗效果。方法：将我科2011年6月～2013年6月期间术后发生切口脂肪液化的26例患者随机分成两组，治疗组（n=13例）切口换药时纱布用丹参针剂浸湿置入裂开部分，隔日1次。待切口无明显渗出，用宽胶布固定粘贴。对照组（n=13例）用凡士林纱条换药，隔日1次。切口干燥后，用宽胶布固定或二期缝合、j结果：治疗组脂肪液化切口愈合时间、感染情况及换药次数与对照组比较，均有显著性差异（P〈0．01、P〈0．05、P〈0．05）。结论：丹参能促进组织细胞再生，促进炎症渗出物的吸收，加快切口愈合。Objective：To observe the therapeutic efficacy on radix salviae miltiorrhizae incision inside inject for therapy abdominal incision of fatty liquefaction. Methods：26 cases whose incision occurrence fatty liquefaction in the postoperation were divided into therapy group（n=13）and control group（n=13） at random in our hospital for 2006.10-2007.10,therapy group（n=13） incision of fatty liquefaction use radix salviae mihiorrhizae ampul absorbent gauze obturation drainage, change dressings every other day. Use wide butterfly coated fabric to rope in and affix after incision arescent, control group （n=13） use cosmolin absorbent gauze obturation drainage, change dressings every other day. Use wide butterfly coated fabric to rope in and affix after incision arescent or Secondary suture. Results ： Incision of fatty liquefaction healing time, infection circumstance and change dressings frequency of the therapy group with comparison control group, there is all significant difference （P〈0.01 ,P〈O.O5,P〈O.05 ）. Conclusion：Radix salviae mihiorrhizae can facilitate histiocyte cytothesis, phlegmonosis effusion absorption, soeed up wound healing.
