七氟烷在小儿扁桃体腺样体摘除术中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的：研究分析七氟烷在小儿扁桃体腺样体摘除术中的应用效果。方法：选取我院在2011年12月。2012年11月收治74例小儿扁桃体腺样体摘除术患者的临床资料进行研究分析，并按患者住院尾号分为治疗组（37例）和对照组（37例），对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果：对比两组患者麻醉效果，治疗组患者诱导、拔管及苏醒等时间均显著短于对照组患者的，且有统计学意义（P〈O．05）；对比两组患者麻醉过程中出现不良反应发生率，治疗组患者麻醉过程中出现不良反应发生率为16．26％．对照组患者麻醉过程中出现不良反应发生率为46．01％，治疗组患者显著低于对照组患者，且有统计学意义（尸〈0．05）。结论：七氟烷在小儿扁桃体腺样体摘除术中具有显著效果，且安全性较高，值得推广应用。Objective：To study the analysis of sevoflurane in pediatric adenoid tonsil removal surgery of results. Methods： A hospital in December 2011 to November 2012 were treated 74 cases of adenoid tonsil removal surgery pediatric clinical data for research and analysis, according to the tail number of patients hospitalized divided into treatment group （37 cases ） and control group （37 cases ）, compared two groups of patients the therapeutic effect. Results： The two groups were compared in patients with anesthesia, patients treated with induction, extubation and awakening other times were significantly shorter than the control group of patients was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; comparing two groups of patients during anesthesia adverse reactions rate in the treatment group occurred during anesthesia adverse reaction rate 16.26% in the control group of patients during anesthesia adverse reactions was 46.01% in the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group of patients was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, Conclusion： sevoflurane tonsils adenoids removed in pediatric surgery has a significant effect, and high security, worthy of promotion should be.
