超脉冲C02激光对治疗面部痣的研究应用

摘　　要：色素痣是人体皮肤病中的常见病，治疗此病的方法很多，有药物、电疗仪、冷冻、激光除痣等方法，近年来，由于美容的需要，要求治疗面部色素痣的越来越多。为了获得满意效果，对用C02激光治疗面部色素痣进行了研究分析。2008年5月～2012年10月，我部采用C02激光治疗仪，选择正确激光参数，使病灶汽化治疗面部色素痣246例。结果246例患者中治疗效果优196例，良38例，差12例。随访3—8个月未见复发。结论使用CO：激光治疗仪治疗面部色素痣具有方法简便可行、术中不出血、疗效确切、美容效果好等优点，易于在·临床中推广。Pigmented nevus is a common disease in human skin disease, many methods to treat the disease, medication, electrotherapy, freezing, laser inter mole method, in recent years, because of the need for beauty, for increasing the treatment of facial pigmented nevus. In or-der to obtain satisfactory results, with CO2 laser in the treatment of facial pigmented nevus were studied. 2008 May to 2012 October, I use CO2 laser treatment, correct selection of laser parameters, the lesion vaporization in treatment of facial pigmented nevus in 246 cases. Results in 246 patients, treatment effects were excellent in 196 cases, good in 38 cases, poor in 12 cases. Patients were followed up for 3 -- 8 months without recurrence. Conclusion： CO laser treatment has the advantage of simple and feasible method, no bleeding, intraoperative curative effect, good cosmetic results and apparatus in the treatment of facial pigmented nevus, easy to popularize in clinic.
