氨溴特罗口服液改善支气管炎患儿呼吸道症状的临床疗效评价

摘　　要：目的探讨氨溴特罗口服液改善支气管炎患儿呼吸道症状的临床治疗效果。方法选择100例患有急性支气管炎和支气管炎伴喘息的患儿,随机分组,分为实验组和对照组,每组50例。实验组应用氨溴特罗口服液,对照组应用盐酸氨溴索糖浆,对两组患儿治疗前后的情况进行评分,并记录评分的变化。结果对两组治疗前后的呼吸道症状进行对比,咳嗽、咳痰、哮鸣音等有显著的改善;两组在咳嗽、排痰的难易程度、减少哮鸣音的有效率和持续时间等方面,P<0.05,具有统计学意义,实验组明显的优于对照组。结论应用氨溴特罗口服液,对小儿支气管炎进行治疗,能够有效的改善临床症状,毒副作用比较小,治疗效果较为理想,值得大力推广。Objective To study the ammonia bromine, oral liquid to improve clinical therapeutic effects of bronchitis in children with respiratory symptoms. Methods 100 cases with acute bronchitis and bronchitis with breathing children, randomized, divided into the experimental group and the control group, 50 cases in each group. Application of ammonia bromine, oral liquid, controls applies ammonia bromine hydrochloride syrup, on the condition of the two groups before and after treatment in children with ratings, and record the change of the score. Results The two groups before and after treatment, comparing the respiratory symptoms of cough, sputum, wheezing sound significant improvement; In the two groups in the ease of cough and expectoration drainage and reduce the wheezing sound, efficient and duration, etc., P〈0.05, statistically significant, the experimental group obviously better than the control group. Coneluslon The application of ammonia bromine, oral liquid, treatment of infantile bronchitis, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, less side effects, treatment effect is more ideal, is worth promoting.
