摘　　要：目前 ,司法实践中裁判不公的现象屡见不鲜 ,程序不公则更为突出 ,“重实体、轻程序”的错误观念根深蒂固。本文试从程序不公的表现来找出裁判不公的原因 ,在法律允许的范围内 ,提出一些解决的办法 ,以期对改进司法工作有所裨益。The authors of the essay are in an attempt to reveal the causes of the inequitableness in judicial procedure while producing their own countermeasures against it,which is expected to be beneficial to the contemporary judicial work in China.
