摘 要:目的对普陀区围孕期妇女TORCH感染筛查结果进行分析,为优生优育提供试验依据。方法选取在普陀区进行产前检查的围孕期2939例孕妇,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测孕期妇女血清中TORCH-IgM和TORCH-IgG抗体;对不良妊娠结局的63例患者与60名健康妇女进行对照比较,观察病原体感染情况。结果 2939例孕妇中血清弓形虫IgM阳性12例阳性率0.41%,IgG阳性199例阳性率6.77%;风疹病毒IgM阳性31例阳性率1.05%,IgG阳性2501例阳性率85.01%;巨细胞病毒IgM阳性18例阳性率0.61%,IgG阳性2913例阳性率99.11%;单纯疱疹病毒Ⅰ型IgM阳性34例阳性率1.16%,IgG阳性1230例阳性率41.85%;单纯疱疹病毒Ⅱ型IgM阳性35例阳性率1.19%,IgG阳性523例阳性率17.80%;与健康组相比,TORCH-IgM阳性感染率显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孕前进行TORCH筛查,防止孕前、孕期的TORCH感染,以便及时采取方法和措施,预防出生缺陷,提高人口素质,对优生优育意义重大。OBJECTIVE To analyze the result of screening of TORCH infections in the periconceptional women in Putuo area so as to provide exp4rimental bases for good prenatal and postnatal care. METHODS A total of 2939 pregnant women who underwent prenatal examination in Putuo area were enrolled in the study, then the TORCH- IgM and TORCH-IgG were detected in the serum specimens obtained from those subjects with the use of enzyme linked immunosorbent assay ( ELISA), and the adverse pregnancy outcomes of 63 subjects were compared with 60 healthy women, and the incidence of infections caused by pathogens was observed. RESULTS Of totally 2939 pregnant women investigated, there were 12 cases (0.41%) with the serum toxoplasma IgM tested positive and 199 (6.77%) cases with IgG tested positive; there were 31 (1.05%) cases with rubella virus IgM tested positive and 2501 (85.01%) cases with IgG tested positive ; there were 18 (0.61%) cases with cytomegalovirus IgM tested positive and 2913 (99.11%) cases with IgG tested positive; there were 34 (1.16%) cases with the herpes simplex virus type I IgM tested positive and 1230 (41. 85%) cases with IgG tested positive ; there were 35 (1.19%) cases with herpes simplex virustype II IgM tested positive and 523 (17.80%) cases with IgG tested positive; as compared with the healthy group, the incidence of infections in the subjects with positive TORCH- IgM was increased significantly, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0. 05). CONCLUSION The screening of TORCH before the pregnancy may prevent the gestational TORCH infections, and taking effective measures in a timely manner to prevent the birth defects and improve the quality of the population has great significance to the good prenatal and postnatal care.
