摘　　要：目的通过质量控制制度和物品召回预案,提高供应室工作质量及应急能力。方法对供应室进行合理布局和规划,建立质量控制员制度,制定紧急召回预案,加强工作人员职业教育,促进和提高对工作人员的业务水平和责任心。结果在日常工作中保证工作质量,提高安全水平;并且在紧急情况下能够科学有效地解决各种突发情况,使相关工作人员有预案可循;降低发生事故的概率和发生事故后的影响,并在事后做到认真反思,避免类似问题再次发生。结论建立一个科学有效的质量管理体系能够避免错误和事故的发生,并在事故出现时,通过物品紧急召回制度,最大限度地减少事故所带来的损失。OBJECTIVE To improve the work quality and emergency ability through the quality control system and supplies recall programs. METHODS Reasonable layout and planning were carried out for the supply room, the quality control system and emergency recall programs were developed, and the occupational education of the medical staff was enhanced to promote the work qtlality and responsibility of the staff. RESULTS The quality of daily work routines was ensured, the safety was improved, solving various unexpected situations under emergency, a variety of unexpected incidents have been solved scientifically and effectively under emergency circumstance, which made the medical staff have plans to follow; the probability of accident and the influence o{ the accident have been reduced, and the deep reconsideration could avoid such accident. CONCLUSION To establish a scientific and effective quality management system can avoid mistakes and accidents, therefore, the loss that resulted from the accidents can be minimized through emergency recall system.
