摘　　要：文章通过对当今网络问题的分析研究,指出了既有管理机制的缺陷与不足,进而提出了柔性管理的建设理念,并通过激励、引导、监督等柔性机制建设的理论分析,指出了新型网络虚拟社会管理的途径与模式。Based on an analysis of today＇s network problems, this article points out the flaws of current management mechanism and puts forward the concepts of constructing flexible management mechanism. In addition, on the basis of a study of such mechanism construction theories as motivation, guidance and supervision, it puts forward the ways and modes of new network virtual community management.
