中药锁阳水煎剂对大鼠前列腺增生及氧化应激的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究锁阳水煎液对大鼠前列腺增生的影响及作用机制。方法:60只SD大鼠随机均分为空白对照组、前列腺增生模型组、前列康治疗组、锁阳水煎液高、中、低剂量治疗组6组。除空白对照组外,各组大鼠注射丙酸睾酮制作前列腺增生模型,模型组和空白对照组以生理盐水灌胃,前列康治疗组用前列康(570mg·(kg·d)-1)灌胃、锁阳干预组用锁阳水煎液120、80、40mg·(kg·d)-1灌胃。60天后处死大鼠,观察前列腺湿重及指数的变化,采用试剂盒法检测SOD、GSP活性和MDA含量。结果:各治疗组大鼠前列腺湿重和指数均显著低于模型组;SOD和GSH明显高于模型组,且MDA含量明显低于模型组。结论:锁阳水煎液可抑制大鼠前列腺增生,其作用可能与改善组织中氧化应激水平有关。Objective： To study the effect of Cynomorium deeoet on benign prostatic hyperplasis of rats. Methods ： Sixty male SD rats were equally randomized into six groups of gastric gavage with normal saline as blank control, BPH model＋ gastric gavage with normal saline, BPH＋ gastric garage with Qianliekang 570mg/kg/d, BPH＋ gastric gavage with Cynomorium deeoet 120, 80, 40mg/ kg/d respectively. The BPH model was made by subcutaneous injection of testosterone propionnate and treatment lasted for 60d, af- ter which the index of prostate gland was calcau[ated, and the acitivty of DOD and GSH and the content of MDA in prostate tissues were detected by kit assay. Results： Index of prostate gland was sigificantly lower in all treatment groups than that in model group. The activity of SOD and GSH in prostate tissues was sinificantly higher in all treatment groups than those in moder group, while the content of MDA in prostate tissues was sinificantly lower in in all treatment groups than that in moder group. Conclusion. Cynomorium deeoet can inhibit proliferation of the prostate gland in rats, which may due to improving the oxidative stress level.
