摘 要:目的:探寻更高效的人参皂苷提取方法,提高人参皂苷检出率,简化操作。方法:以人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Re和人参皂苷Rb1的含量为评价指标,乙醇为提取溶液,采用正交试验法,以高效液相色谱法进行含量测定,得出最佳的人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Re和人参皂苷Rb1的检测方法。结果:优选的提取条件为将人参药材粉碎成中粉,以60%的乙醇浸泡提取24h。结论:乙醇浸泡提取法简化了制样步骤,减少了溶剂消耗,可以同时测定人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Re和人参皂苷Rb1的含量,为人参的质量评价提供参考。Objective: To find for a new and more efficient sample preparation and detection method of ginseng saponin and simplify the technology. Methods:In this thesis, taking detection rate of ginsenoside Rgl, ginsenoside Re and ginsenoside Rbl as index and using orthogonal test method , HPLC was used to determinate the contents of ginsenoside Rga , ginsenoside Re and ginsenoside Rb1. The sample preparation technology before detection was optimized. Results: Granularity into medium powder before 60% ethanol extraction for 24 hours was screened as the optimum preparation technology. Conclusion : The sample preparation steps were sim- plified by adopting ethanol immersion method. Also, solvent consumption was induced by the preparation technology. This technolo- gy for simultaneous determination of ginsenoside Rgl , ginsenoside Re and ginsenoside Rb1 provides a reference for ginseng's quality evaluation.
