透析平菇汁中促进牛肝菌生长的促生物质特性研究

摘　　要：褐环粘盖牛肝菌具有很高的营养和药用价值，为了加快生长速度、缩短生长周期、提高单位面积产量，研究透析平菇汁中促生物质对褐环粘盖牛肝菌菌丝生长的促进作用及其相关性质。结果表明，平菇汁长期冷冻后，上清液中促生物质可以通过更小的孔径，氯仿、体积分数75％乙醇处理后的鲜平菇汁以3倍乙醇为透析液透析下，促生物质可以通过MWCO为100—500的透析袋，且在袋内产生沉淀，促生物质为含有酰胺键的化合物。Suillus luteus has the very high nutrition and medicinal value, in order to speed up the growth, shorten the growth cycle, and improve the yield per unit area, this paper studies the promoting effect of the growth promoting substance in the Pleurotus ostreatus juice dialysed on the growth of Suillus luteus and its properties. The results show that after Pleurotus ostreatus juice frozen for a long time, the growth promoting substance in the supernatant can pass through the smaller pore. When the fresh Pleurotus ostreatus juice is treated by chloroform and 75% ethanol and dialyzed in three times the volume of ethanol, the growth promoting substance can through the membrane with MWCO value of 100-500, and there will form precipitation in the bag, the growth promoting substance is the compounds which containing amide linkage.
