摘 要:目的:探讨益肾通络中药复方对脑缺血再灌注(ischemiare-perfusion,IR)模型大鼠神经功能缺损与脑神经细胞凋亡的影响。方法:成年雄性Wistar大鼠30只随机分为假手术组、治疗组、对照组3组,用线栓法制备大鼠大脑中动脉闭塞(MCAO)脑缺血再灌注(IR)模型,参照Zea-Longa法进行神经病学评分、Swanson法测定脑梗死灶体积、TUNEL法检测凋亡细胞,观察益肾通络中药复方对脑缺血再灌注模型大鼠神经功能缺损与脑神经细胞凋亡的影响。结果:益肾通络中药复方治疗组的神经病学评分、脑梗死灶体积与凋亡细胞数均明显低于生理盐水对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:益肾通络中药复方能明显减轻脑缺血再灌注动物的神经功能缺损与脑神经细胞凋亡。Objective: To explore effects of Yishen Tongluo Herbs Prescription on neural dysfunction and apoptosis in brain tissue of ischemia reperfusion (IR) Model Rats. Methods: The IR model rats were established by middle cerebral artery occlu sion (MACO). Longa scores and cerebral infarct volume (mm3) by TTC staining and apoptosis cells examined by TUNEL stai ning were determined and used to evaluate the effects of Yishen Tongluo Herbs Prescription on neural dysfunction and apoptosis in brain tissue of ischemia reperfusion (IR) Model Rats. Results: Longa scores, cerebral infarct volume and apoptosis cells in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P〈O. 05or P〈0. 01 ). Conclusion: Yishcn Tongluo Herbs Prescription can reduce the neural dysfunction and apoptosis in brain tissue of IR model rats.
