摘　　要：目的:研究升清胶囊对肝细胞氧化损伤模型生化指标的影响。方法:本实验分为正常组、模型组、空白血清组和升清胶囊药物血清组4组,空白血清组和升清胶囊药物血清组给予相应血清干预,观察4组相关生化指标(细胞外LDH,细胞内MDA、GSH和SOD)的变化。结果:LDH、MDA在模型组中达到较高的水平,而GSH、SOD活力处于较低的水平,相对于模型组,升清胶囊血清组细胞外LDH、细胞内MDA的含量降低(P<0.01),细胞内SOD、GSH的含量增高(P<0.01)。结论:表明升清胶囊可以减轻肝细胞的氧化损伤程度,提高肝细胞的抗氧化能力,有利于细胞损伤的修复。Objective： To discuss the influence of biochemical indicators on liver cell oxidation damage model by Shengqing Capsule. Methods： The experiment was divided into 4 groups （normal group, model group, controlled group and Shengqing group）. Controlled group and Shengqing group were given corresponding serum. To observe the biochemical indicators （LDH, MDA, GSH and SOD）. Results： The results of LDH and MDA reached a high level and the results of GSH and SOD reached a low level in model group. The results of LDH and MDA reached a lower level and the results of GSH and SOD reached a higher level in Shengqing group than in model group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Shengqing Capsule can reduce the oxidation damage de gree and improve the antioxidation ability of liver cells.
