中医药综合治疗慢性湿疹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中医药综合治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效。方法:将62例患者随机分为治疗组32例,对照组30例。治疗组根据辨证用当归饮子或参苓白术散加减内服,配合穴位埋线和皮损处火针治疗;对照组口服氯雷他定片10mg,日1次,外用地奈德乳膏。结果:治疗组总有效率96.9%,对照组总有效率80%。两组疗效比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:中医药综合治疗慢性湿疹疗效好。Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic ec zema. Methods： 62 patients were randomly divided into treatmerlt group （32 cases）, controlled group （30 eases） . According to syndrome differentiation treatment group with Chinese Angelica Decoction or Additive Shenling Baizhu Decoction taken orally, with Catgut Implantation at acupoint and fire neddling in skin lesions. The controlled group orally took 10mg of Loratadine Tab lets, once a day, topical Desonide Cream. Results ： The total effective rate of treatment group was 96. 9%, the total efficiency was 80% of controlled group. Comparing the curative effect of the two groups, P〈0. 05, the difference was statistically signifi cant. Conclusion： The combined therapy has a good clinical efficacy for chronic eczema
