五味消毒饮湿敷治疗渗漏性静脉炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察五味消毒饮湿敷治疗输液所致渗漏性静脉炎的疗效。方法:将60例渗漏性静脉炎的患者随机分为两组,观察组30例采用五味消毒饮湿敷,对照组30例采用50%硫酸镁湿敷,均连续治疗5天。结果:观察组总有效率96.67%,明显高于对照组80%,两组间比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:五味消毒饮湿敷治疗渗漏性静脉炎的效果明显优于50%硫酸镁湿敷,值得临床推广。Objective： To study the curative effects of wet compress with Wuwei Xiaodu Decoction to treat leakage phlebitis. Methods： Totally 60 leakage phlebitis patients were randomly divided into 2 groups： observation group was 30 leakage phlebitis patients who had accepted wet compress with Wuwei Xiandu Decoction for continuous 5 days. Controlled group was 30 leakage phlebitis patients who had accepted wet compress with 50% Magnesium Sulfate for continuous 5 days. ResUlts： The total effective rate of observation group was 96. 67% which obviously better than controlled group whose total effective rate was 80%. And groups comparison has significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The curative effects of wet compress with Wuwei Xiaodu Decoction is obviously surpass the curative effects of wet compress with 50% Magnesium Sulfate. So wet compress with Wuwei Xi aodu Decoction to treat leakage phlebitis is worth to be generalized.
