浅谈医学院校图书经费短缺及其对策

摘　　要：书刊涨价 ,信息量剧增 ,图书馆现代化发展需要大批图书经费。从书刊涨价幅度与经费上涨幅度比例严重失控 ,跨世纪的历史变革以及高等医药院校跨世纪目标 ,各级领导层对图书馆价值的认识问题 ,书刊重订严重问题等方面论述了医学院校图书经费短缺 。This article gives discussions combined with some problems such as:the price rising of the books and periodicals,the rapid increase of information volume,the need of large books funds to develop modernization,the proportion of the price rising to funds rising are out of control,historic reform and the trans-century goals of medical colleges,views of leaders of all levels on the library's value,the repetition of books subscription.Then some ways to get the libraries form the predicament of funds shortage combined with the status of our library.
