双螺杆榨油机空余体积与压力关系的建模与分析

摘　　要：为探讨双螺杆榨油机榨膛内空余体积与压力之间的关系,通过数学建模的方法,分析和建立了双螺杆榨油机空余体积与压力的数学模型,利用Pro/E软件进行了仿真模拟与对比,并在ANSYS模拟数据的基础上,以压缩比为桥梁,给出了榨膛内空余体积与压力之间的变化规律。To study the relationship between free volume and pressure in the squeezing chamber of the twin-screw press, the paper not only analyses and establishes the mathematical model of the free volume and the pressure in the squeezing chamber, but also utilizes Pro/E software for the analogue simulation and con- trast with the first mathematical model. After that, based on the simulated data of ANSYS and in the medium of ratio, the paper obtains the changing rules between the free volume and pressure in the squeezing chamber.
