摘　　要：分析了目前雷达结构工艺设计面临的问题,提出了面向雷达结构工艺设计一体化的协同平台。建立了雷达结构工艺协同设计平台的4层架构:用户层为结构工艺设计人员提供了统一的Web界面;协同层通过项目管理以及基于任务书的过程驱动,实现了结构工艺设计活动的流转;工具层集成了结构工艺设计专业软件;数据层实现了结构工艺数据的统一管理。论述了协同过程、产品数据建模与集成等平台关键技术。最后结合企业实际应用,阐述了平台的有效性。The problems of current ractar struc- ture and process design are analyzed, and based on which a collaborative platform for radar structure and process integrated design is proposed. The ar- chitecture of this collaborative platform is com- posed of four parts：user layer, collaborative layer, tool layer and data layer. A uniform Web environ- ment for structure and process designers is provid- ed by the user layer. In the collaborative layer, structure and process design tasks are circulated through project management and process driven by task document. By the tool layer, the professional software of structure and process design is inte- grated. In the data layer, unified data management is implemented. After that, some key technology of the platform, including collaborating process, prod- uct data modeling and integrating is discussed. And finally, the effectiveness of this platform is elabora- ted by its application in enterprise.
