摘 要:目的探讨双源CT评价先天性心脏病肺动脉发育异常的临床应用价值。方法对超声诊断先天性心脏病并且怀疑有肺动脉发育异常的70例患儿行双源CT检查。结果 70例患儿共发现84处肺动脉发育异常:肺动脉狭窄20例,肺动脉扩张45例,肺动脉位置异常6例,肺动脉异位起源3例,肺动脉闭锁2例,肺动脉缺如2例,肺动脉异常通道形成2例,永存动脉干1例,肺动脉走行异常3例。结论双源CT是诊断儿童先天性心脏病肺动脉发育情况的可靠方法。Objective To explore the clinical value of dual-source CT angiography in the diagnosis of pulmonary artery dysplasia in children with congenital heart disease.Methods Dualsource CT angiography was performed in 70congenital heart disease children with suspected pulmonary artery dysplasia.Results There were 84abnormal pulmonary arteries among the 70children.Moreover,pulmonary artery stenosis was found in 20cases,pulmonary artery ectasia in 45,pulmonary artery malposition in 6,ectopic origin of pulmonary artery in 3,pulmonary artery atresia in 2,congenital absence of pulmonary artery in 2,abnormal channel formation of pulmonary artery in 2,persistent truncus arteriosus in 1,and abnormal courser of pulmonary artery in 3.Conclusion Dual-source CT angiography is a reliable method to diagnose pulmonary artery dysplasia in children with congenital heart disease.
