摘　　要：子宫内膜蜕膜化是子宫内膜一种特殊的分化过程,与月经、妊娠有着密切的联系。子宫内膜蜕膜化异常将导致各种内膜疾病的发生,如子宫内膜异位症、不孕不育、复发性流产等。内膜蜕膜化模型在生殖疾病中的研究应用,长期以来一直是生殖医学工作者研究的热点。着重介绍蜕膜的种类、蜕膜化的研究模型、蜕膜化的标志分子、蜕膜化模型的应用研究进展。Endometrial decidualization is a special process of differentiation,which is closely related to menstruation and pregnancy.Endometrial decidual abnormality will cause a variety of endometrial diseases,such as endometriosis,infertility and recurrent abortion.Endometrial decidualization has long been a hot reproductive research by medicine practitioners in reproductive disease of model research application.This article will focus on the types of decidual and decidual research model,marker molecular of decidual and decidual model application research progress.
