摘  要:为了提高荔浦芋的品质和产量,采用热处理和茎尖培养相结合的方法,研究诱导荔浦芋脱毒苗的最佳组合条件。结果表明:荔浦芋无根苗置于37.8℃的恒温培养箱中处理15d,然后剥取0.5~0.6mm的茎尖,在MS+3%蔗糖+O.7%琼脂+O.5mg·L6-1 6BA和0.1mg·L^-1 NAA的培养基上培育成苗,可有效去除荔浦芋的芋花叶病毒。In order to improve the quality and yield of Lipu-taro, the method of heat treatment with shoot-tip culture was used to study the best combination of induction conditions for Virus-free Lipu-taro(Colocasia escu- lenta L. Schott. ). The results showed that when the root-free seedlings were put in incubator,the temperature was kept 38.7℃ for 15 days,0.5~0.6 mm shoot-tips were inoculated into the MS medium with 3% sucrose, 0.5 mg'L-1 6-BA and 0.1 mg.L-1NAA,dasheen mosaic virus could be removed effectively.
