荔浦芋脱毒苗诱导条件的优化

摘　　要：为了提高荔浦芋的品质和产量，采用热处理和茎尖培养相结合的方法，研究诱导荔浦芋脱毒苗的最佳组合条件。结果表明：荔浦芋无根苗置于37．8℃的恒温培养箱中处理15d，然后剥取0．5～0．6mm的茎尖，在MS＋3％蔗糖＋O．7％琼脂＋O．5mg·L6-1 6BA和0．1mg·L^-1 NAA的培养基上培育成苗，可有效去除荔浦芋的芋花叶病毒。In order to improve the quality and yield of Lipu-taro, the method of heat treatment with shoot-tip culture was used to study the best combination of induction conditions for Virus-free Lipu-taro（Colocasia escu- lenta L. Schott. ）. The results showed that when the root-free seedlings were put in incubator,the temperature was kept 38.7℃ for 15 days,0.5～0.6 mm shoot-tips were inoculated into the MS medium with 3% sucrose, 0.5 mg＇L-1 6-BA and 0.1 mg.L-1NAA,dasheen mosaic virus could be removed effectively.
