摘 要:氮是一种双面效用元素,钢中氮含量超低或超高,均对钢的性能有益。高压是实现高氮钢这种特殊钢冶炼的重要手段,本文阐述了Cr18Mn18N和Cr12N高氮钢的冶炼过程,分析了熔炼压力与凝固压力对高氮钢中氮含量及分布的影响规律。实验结果表明,提高冶炼压力显著地提高钢中氮含量,可冶炼出合格的高氮钢铸锭。The nitrogen is a double effective element. It is very good for steel, when the nitrogen content is much low or much high. High pressure is an important method for smelting the special steel - high nitrogen steel. The smelting practice of Cr18Mn18N and Cr12N high nitrogen steel was researched, and the influences of refining pressure and solidification pressure were analyzed for the content of high nitrogen steel. The experimental results shown that the content in steel can be increased by increasing the pressure, and the qualified high nitrogen steel can he made easily.
