摘 要:为改善Q345铸坯内部质量,本研究基于所建立的连铸凝固传热数学模型,开发了动态二冷控制模型软件.采用高倍电镜和能谱仪,对Q345钢板表面裂纹进行了检测和原因分析,提出连铸工艺参数的优化方案,并利用软件制定出合理的二冷配水模型,优化了水量分布和二冷末端矫直点温度.工业试验结果表明,将Q345连铸二冷比水量调整到0.40 L/kg,铸坯矫直点温度稳定在970℃~990℃之间时,轧后钢板探伤合格率得到大幅度提高.In order to improve the internal quality of Q345 billet, based on the mathematical model of heat transfer for solidification of continuous casting billet, a secondary cooling water dynamic control model software has been set up. Through using SEM and EDS, the research made much detection and some analyses on the surface crack of Q345 steel plate, put forward to optimization scheme of continuous casting process parameters. An reasonable secondary cooling water model was made through this software, which optimized the water distribution and straightening temperature. The industrial test showed that, when secondary cooling intensity was adjusted to 0.40 L/kg, and straightening temperature kept steady between 970℃-990 ℃, the qualified rate of defect detection of the steel plate after rolling obtained a highly raised.
