STUDY ON THE AUSTENITIC GRAIN GROWTH OF 07MnNiMoVDR STEEL IN REHEATING PROCESS

摘  要:通过采用金相法研究了一种低温压力容器用07MnNiMoVDR钢在950℃~1200℃范围内加热时的奥氏体晶粒长大倾向性,以便为连铸坯加热时制定合理的工艺参数.研究结果表明:在950℃~1100℃范围内加热时,该钢晶粒尺寸基本随加热温度呈线性增加,增大不明显;高于1100℃加热时,其晶粒有明显加速增长趋势;在整个实验温度范围内,该钢奥氏体晶粒尺寸随保温时间均基本保持线性增加的关系.在950℃~1200℃范围内加热时,没有发现该钢有晶粒异常长大现象.In order to work out an appropriate process for reheating continuous east slab of 07MnNiMoVDR stem for cryogenic pressure vessel,the grain growth behavior during reheating at temperature ranging from 950 ℃ to 1200 ℃ was studied by metaUographie method. The results show that the grain size of this steel is not obviously increased with the reheating temperature when the reheating temperature range is 950 ℃ - 1100 ℃. When the reheating temperature is higher than 1100 ℃, the grain size of this steel will be remarkably increased by normal growth. In the whole reheating temperature range, the anstenitic grain size of 07MnNiMoVDR stem is linearly increased with holding time. Abnormal grain growth of this steel was not observed for the reheating temperature range of 950 ℃ - 1200 ℃.
