摘　　要：过共析钢线材广泛应用于国民经济的各个领域,对其产品质量要求越来越高。分析了连铸坯成分偏析、非金属夹杂物、钢中气体含量、轧制工艺、轧后控冷工艺等因素对共析钢线材质量的影响,提出了相应的解决措施。Hypereutectoid steel wire is widely used in various fields of national economy, their product quality requirements have become higher and higher. This paper analysis the effects of the composition segregation, non - metallic inclusions and gas content in steel, controlled roiling and controlled cooling technology to the product quality of Hypereutectoid steel wire, advances some solving measures.
