摘 要:实验以现有的有水炮泥为标样,无水炮泥的标样根据有关文献进行设计,选取酚醛树脂作结合剂。在埋炭条件下经110℃×24 h,900℃×2 h处理,以及在通氮气条件下经1500℃×2 h煅烧后,测试和分析试样的物理性能。结果表明,有水炮泥的各项常温性能指标均比无水炮泥差很多:有水炮泥的常温耐压强度和常温抗折强度不到无水炮泥的20%;其体积密度为无水炮泥的70%左右;显气孔率比无水炮泥高约60%;有水炮泥烧后体积收缩大,达到-5%,无水炮泥烧后体积收缩不超过-0.3%。In this experiment, the standard sample of the water taphole clay hade been made, and it of the non - water taphole clay was designed with the existed litertures, phenolic resin as the binder. The samples hade been sintered at 110 ℃ for 24 hours,900 ℃ for2 hours with charcoal, and 1500 ℃ for2 hours with nitrogen. The properties of the samples ware tested and investigated. The experiment shows that the properties of the warter one are disparitier than the non - water one much more. Its cold crushing strength and resistentce breaking strength are 20% of the non? water one, and bulk density is 70% of the later. The apparent porosity rate of the former is much more about 60% than the later. The volume contraction of the water one after fired is big, Such as - 5%. The volume contraction of the non - water one after fired is below of -0.3%.
