摘  要:对安钢焊瓶钢在终端用户使用过程中出现的强度偏高、冲压开裂进行了分析,通过对轧制工艺的研究分析,确定了两段式冷却工艺。试验结果表明:采用两段式层流冷却工艺获得的铁素体+珠光体组织,在保证强度的情况下,可有效降低屈强比,从而有效改善焊瓶钢冲压过程中的冲压开裂的问题。The higher strength and stamping cracking that happened on Anyang steel strip for welded gas cylinder in the use for terminal users was analyzed. And the influences of laminar process on strip properties were studied. Through the study on the analysis of the rolling process,the two -stage cooling was ensured. The study suggested that. The microscopic structures of ferrite and pearlite acquired in using of two - stage cooling process not only could meet the strength, but also could reduce the yield ratio, in order to effectively improve the cracking by stamping process of steel strip.
