摘　　要：目的：建立吐根中吐根碱和吐根酚碱含量测定的方法，为该药材质量控制提供依据。方法：色谱柱：AgilentZORBAXEclipseC18（250mmX4．6mm，5μm）；流动相：乙腈-0．05％三乙胺（40：60）；检测波长：283nm；流速：1．0mL·min^-1；柱温：室温；进样量：10μL。结果：吐根碱和吐根酚碱在HPLC中分离良好，且两种生物碱在1．0—10．0μg·mL^-1线性关系良好，平均回收率分别为95．8％，96．6％，RSD分别为1．2％，1．5％。3批吐根药材中吐根碱含量为0．93—0．98mg·g^-1；吐根酚碱的含量为1．43～1．48mg·g^-1。结论：利用高效液相色谱对吐根中吐根碱和吐裉酚碱进行含量测定，方法简便，准确度高，重现性好，可应用于吐根碱和吐根酚碱的含量测定。Objective： To establish a method for the determination of emetine and cephaeline in Cephaelis ipecacuanha by HPLC. Methods： A ZORBAX Eclipse Clscolumn （250 mm ·4.6 mm, 5 μm） was used with a mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile - 0. 05% triethylamine （40 ： 60 ） . The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min-1. The detective wavelength was 283 nm. Column temperature was room temperature and the injection volume was 10 μL. Results： Two alkaloids were separated well, the calibration curves showed good linear response over the range from 1.0 to 10. 0 μg·mL-1 for the two alkaloids. The mean recoveries rate were 95.8% （RSD = 1.2%, n =6） and 96. 6% （RSD = 1.5%, n =6） respectively. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and can be used for Cephaelis ipecacuanha quality control.
